The Carney Center provides premier quality medical and surgical care. Dr. Carney opened The Carney Center on McManus Boulevard in Newport News in 1993, and on Wildwood Drive in Virginia Beach in 1995.

Video Atlantic Teleproductions produced a series of television programs for The Carney Center in which Dr. Carney answers many of the questions and concerns that prospective patients have about various cosmetic surgery procedures. Our cameras followed Dr. Carney to a seminar where he fielded questions from an inquiring audience. Hosted by Lee Milteer. the programs also take the viewer on an in-depth tour of the modern facilities at The Carney Center. During the studio portion of the programs, Dr. Carney shows before and after pictures of his many satisfied patients.
